Clean, good treatment and many mimes are our main tools to achieve a happy stay for our guests.
In designing our facilities we thought foremost in comfort, care and services that we, as pet owners, look at a home for our pets. In doing so we wanted to create a nice, quiet, comfortable, spacious and comfortable environment where the animals enjoy their stay, strange as little as possible to their owners and do not feel prisoners.
In ROTAGUAU we offer three types of residence to our clients:
1) Residence of dogs.
2) Residence of cats.
3) Residence of exotic birds, rodents ...
Our caregivers, with extensive experience in the sector, are responsible for having the facilities very clean and in perfect condition. All chenille are cleaned twice a day, every day of the year, and during the cleaning of the same every animal enjoys his time on our patio over 700mē (where there are trees and a floor made up of land from river washed) under the close supervision of our caregivers.
Once cleaned the facilities is the continuing departure of individual animals, which makes our guests maintain a cheerful and relaxed attitude.
His food is an element that we have very much in mind as they provide our guest high quality feed. If one of our guests need special care in feeding ask that you bring the feed and / or treatment and to communicate to us the doses that can be realized.
As for our feline and exotic guests we have in our comfortable and spacious cells (4 x 6 mē per animal, with gadgets and toys to be fun) and cages for birds and rodents and reptiles. Treat with care and affection, which in the case of dogs for us because every one of our guests are very important.
If for any reason any of our guests ill or had a mishap have a very efficient veterinary service that will give the appropriate solution in each case.
One fact that certifies the quality and work well done is that we have the Nucleus of Zoological Certificate (with registration number autonomic CA/227 and number awarded by the national M.A.P.A 3959) issued to campuses recognized by the Government of Andalusia, subject to regulatory and periodic inspections, without which no one could make this type of activity with all possible guarantees.
